Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

International Shipping: We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Customs fees may apply for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (due to potential damage during return shipping)
  • Candles (flammable items cannot be resold)
  • Doormats (hygiene reasons)
