We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Artificial Flowers & Plants (due to potential damage during return shipping)
- Candles (flammable items cannot be resold)
- Doormats (hygiene reasons)
